For those who are interested in going on the trip, here is some information you need to factor in:
You will need a nonrefundable deposit $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child age 2-12, usually due 10 days after reservations are confirmed (which should be no later than February 1st). Final payment will be due June 8, 2010. There are two date ranges that you can choose:
July 21-27 (7 day package)
July 23-25 (3 day package, which will include the party at the club at the hotel)
Your can pay as much or as little each week/month as they want as long as we have the original deposit and the final payment by the required dates. The travel agent is very flexible with the payment schedule and will work with you on that.
Please keep in mind that you will have to book airfare on your own. However, the agent will be able to help with that as well.
